Ready for a chat with someone on your homeschool support team?  Advisor support, academic planning, transcript/semester reporting matters, and questions about enrollment are services handled by appointment only.  Find the type of appointment you need from the list below and follow the link to the online telephone appointment scheduler.



With the exception of the Enrollment Questions Consultation, all of the listed appointments and seminars are for teaching-parents and/or students that are presently enrolled in St. Thomas Aquinas Academy.  Be sure to renew your students' enrollment before June 30th in order to avoid an interruption in the support and planning services offered by St. Thomas Aquinas Academy advisors.


    • Annual Course of Study Appointment (annual 60- to 90-minute telephone appointment)
      Have you returned your assessments and are ready to discuss the assessment evaluation and next year's academic plan?  Look for the email from your family's academic advisor with the suggested date for scheduling your annual planning appointment.  Scheduling this appointment confirms your place in the evaluation queue.  One to five days before the appointment you will receive copies of your students' evaluations and course recommendations by email.  (Please do not schedule this appointment until your advisor has confirmed by email that the post office delivered your completed assessments.)

    • Monthly Advisor Support (30-minute telephone appointment)
      Do you have questions that are too big or too many for e-mail?  Support appointments with your advisor are available once a month and we always appreciate the opportunity to touch base with you!  This appointment is with your family's academic advisor.


    • High School Progress Check (30-minute telephone appointment)
      How are your student's high school studies progressing?  Are you or your teen brimming with questions about the study guide directions or online quizzes?  Schedule a progress check appointment with your high school advisor every four to eight school weeks.  High school students are welcome to join their teaching-parents on the phone with the high school advisor or teaching-parents may answer the telephone call and hand it over to the high school student.

    • High School Seminars
      Join the discussions about High School Orientation topics and assignments in U.S. Studies, Greek Studies, Roman Studies, and European Studies.  Open to teaching-parents and high school students that are presently studying STAA's high school courses.  


    • Semester Reporting Seminar
      Have you received your work sample labels and semester report form packet and are ready to discuss how to report your students' progress in order to develop report cards and transcripts? 

    • Semester Reporting/Student Records Questions (15-minute telephone appointment)
      Do you have questions about a few items you are preparing to send in the semester reporting packet?  Or do you have questions about your students' transcripts?  This appointment is with the registrar. 



Do you have an unusual matter of some urgency? Consider scheduling an After Hours appointment.  Click on the links to find an early morning, evening, or Saturday appointment that appeals to you.  Advisor appointments during regular office hours and on the regular appointment calendar are included in the cost of enrollment.  After Hours appointments entail an additional fee of $45.00 for up to 30 minutes with your advisor (or $90.00 for up to 60 minutes).  Once you find an appointment on the After Hours calendar that you would like to book, the appointment scheduler will send you to a form that accepts online payment for the special appointment.

(No-Show Policy Notice: You may use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email to change the appointment day and time, but there are no refunds for missing "After Hours" appointments.)



Online Appointment Scheduling Program

St. Thomas Aquinas Academy uses the online appointment system called Acuity to schedule appointments and sync the office and advisor calendars.  Send an email through the general contact form if you are unable to clearly see the appointment scheduling options on your smart phone or tablet.  Be sure to mention in the email the type of appointment you would like to schedule and a staff member will arrange the first available appointment for you.
